Vyner Highlights
???? Bright students have been working hard in preparation for their upcoming computing exams—a huge well done to Atlantis, Jay, Leo, Seth, McKenzie, and Sophia! Keep up the great work!
???? Shoutout to our STEM team—Kieran, Alex, Fin, and Logan—who represented the school at the FIRST regional tournament in Llandudno. They brought home the Breakthrough Award for demonstrating the core values of STEM. Amazing achievement!
???? Tesla class learned how to rewire a plug safely in science—great job showing responsibility and practical skills!
⚡ Watson class explored static electricity with Miss Harvey and the Van de Graaff generator—we hear there were some funny hair moments!
????️ Max was fantastic in his Food Production lesson, discussing processed vs. unprocessed foods. Watching food production videos was insightful… although fish farming got a big thumbs down!
Leasowe Highlights
???? Scarlett, Sophia, Leighton, Alfie, Nick, and Maddox had a fabulous science lesson this week, showing excellent listening skills and understanding of the topic. Well done!
???? Jake and Jenson showed brilliant maths skills when working on converting measurements—fantastic effort!
???? Harrison is Miss Rahman’s Phonics Superstar this week! He has found a strategy to support his learning, leading to a more positive attitude in phonics lessons. Keep going, Harrison!
