The excitement is building at the Vyner Campus as World Cup Fever officially kicks off today!
To celebrate the tournament, pupils and staff will be taking part in a fantastic range of World Cup-themed activities over the coming weeks. There will be something for everyone to enjoy, including:
⚽ Sporting events and challenges
🍳 International cooking activities
🎨 A World Cup colouring competition
🌍 A “Name the Flag” quiz
🏆 Our grand finale – Sports Day!
Adding to the excitement, each form group will be representing a different country throughout the tournament. Pupils will have the opportunity to earn points for their team by taking part in activities, showing great teamwork, demonstrating excellent sportsmanship and giving their best effort.
The competition promises to be fierce, with every team hoping to lift the Vyner World Cup trophy. We are looking forward to seeing plenty of team spirit, colourful displays and friendly rivalry across the campus.
A huge thank you to all the staff who have helped organise the activities and to the pupils who are already embracing the tournament atmosphere.
