Solar Campus Pupils Experience Justice Firsthand at National Museum

Pupils from the Solar Campus recently enjoyed an educational and immersive trip to The National Justice Museum, where they took part in the exciting “Court in Session” experience.

During the visit, pupils stepped into the shoes of key courtroom figures—judges, jurors, solicitors, witnesses, and defendants—to re-enact a real court case. Each pupil took their role seriously, demonstrating maturity, confidence, and a genuine interest in how the justice system works.

The session provided a powerful insight into how laws are upheld and justice is served, linking well with the school’s work on citizenship, British values, and social responsibility. Staff were incredibly proud of how the pupils conducted themselves, showing respect for the setting and engaging fully with the experience.

This trip offered a valuable opportunity to bring learning to life and has sparked thoughtful conversations back in school about fairness, consequences, and the rule of law.
